WeTip’s Safe Housing Program offers the WeTip anonymous hotline to residents in multi-housing communities. WeTip’s hotline is a way for people to get involved in establishing a safer community. People who live in close proximity to one another are often afraid to report crime information because they fear reprisal from the person they are reporting. The informant calls the WeTip Hotline. All calls are anonymous--not just confidential. Confidential means that someone knows your name and promises not to tell, until they are subpoenaed. Anonymous means that nobody knows who you are and there is absolutely no way to find out. We have no taping, tracing or caller ID. We have no way of knowing who the caller is. Read More
